Shipping policy

We ship throughout the United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Standard shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at support@stripswell.com and we will help resolve the issue.

We currently do not ship internationally. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Lost or damaged packages: please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
